About this NFT

A Non-Fungible Token (NFT) is a unique digital asset stored on the blockchain. In the context of GhostTown Watches, your NFT serves as a digital certificate of authenticity that verifies your watch belongs to a limited edition of 500 units. It does not act as proof of legal ownership of the physical product.

1. Purpose and nature of the NFT

Each GhostTown watch includes a unique dynamic NFT on the Polygon network.

This NFT functions as a digital certificate confirming that your physical Old West watch is part of an edition of 500 pieces.

The visual appearance of the NFT is a generative composition created using original GhostTown design elements. These may include components from existing models, upcoming designs and fantasy elements. The NFT is not intended to be an accurate visual representation of your physical watch.

2. Claiming your NFT

By claiming your NFT, you confirm that you are the legitimate purchaser or current holder of the corresponding GhostTown watch.

GhostTown guarantees the authenticity link at the moment of claim, when the NFT is matched to the physical serial number.

The NFT does not grant any ownership, reproduction rights or intellectual property rights over GhostTown designs, artwork or trademarks.

3. Transferability and separation from the physical watch

Your NFT can be transferred or sold independently on secondary markets.

GhostTown cannot intervene in private transactions or disputes related to mismatched ownership of the NFT and the physical product.

If the NFT is sold or transferred separately from the watch, you accept the following:

• The digital certificate will no longer validate the authenticity of the watch in your possession.
• The new NFT holder obtains the certificate linked to that serial.
• The physical watch remaining with you will no longer have an active blockchain certificate.

The responsibility for any consequence arising from separating the NFT and the physical watch lies entirely with the owner.

4. No financial or investment guarantees

GhostTown does not guarantee future financial value, liquidity or market performance of the NFT. The NFT is a digital certificate and collectible, not an investment product.
